By exploring the first-year experience of autistic students and learning about challenges that arise for this student group, universally designed transition resources have been developed and trialled. These resources have been designed with the communication and transition needs of the autistic student in mind but can be of benefit to neurodiverse students and the wider first year student community. PREPARE Guide

The PREPARE Entry guide was developed for autistic students to give them more detailed information required on entering a new university environment and engaging with it. Check out the guide at the link below.

Noise and Sounds Sensory Campus Map

The programme has developed a map about the Noises and Sounds for the MTU Bishopstown campus. Students can use the map to become more aware of the quieter and louder places on the campus, as well as using it to navigate the campus.
