Irish Educational Studies Journal Article

A journal article was published with Irish Educational Studies in February 2024 summarising the research findings from the evaluations of all programmes under the Travellers in Education workstream. The article summarises three key SOAR Project initiatives: (1) Leadership in the Community; (2) Mentoring in Education and (3) the Traveller Graduate Network (TGN).  Drawing from evaluations of  these  three initiatives, this paper provides insights into Travellers’ experience of accessing and progressing through Higher Education and identifies supports and barriers.
